I’ve noticed that my Freddie has a reaction to some noises - it’s like a deep rumble purring noise - I perceive it as he doesn’t like the noise, or is confused by it. It’s usually things that makes a high pitched beep noise - for example, the duolingo ‘ding’ when you get something right always makes Freddie rumble! Certain phone tones as well!

Just wondering if anyone else has noises that your piggies don't like too much or rumble at?!

Dori has always been very sensitive to noise. She especially doesn’t like the clicking sound that a certain TV remote makes, and anything sudden really.

When my piggies moved into the house from the garage I was so worried about them being scared of noises. It seems than not much scares them at all. Hoover, dog barking, door bell, they are fine with them all. 😄

Anything can get a ….bbrrr, what was that response from our piggies.
Usually it’s jingle noises like keys, phones ringing, and voices coming from the computer. (TV is acceptable!)The other night we had a noisy motorbike go past, no complaints, 30seconds later some human burped- major complaints from the piggies! 😂

Depending on the songs lol!

Winnie used to squeak when the electric piano was being played, I think she thought she’d get snacks.

Betty growled loudly at anything with bass or electronic music but was ok with some pop. I think they would have absolutely lost their minds at jazz but we never tried that.

My Cappuccino didn’t like the sound of bird song every time I opened the window in their room. Funnily enough, as soon as I plonked her on the grass outside she quickly forgot about it. She also couldn’t stand music of any kind but especially piano. She was a strange one!

Love all these, Yes my Freddie doesn't like sneezing too, it's funny that is a common theme isn't it, I wonder why? BBbrrr is definitely the best way of describing the noise haha - mine share the living room with us, so are very used to all sorts going on including my mums dog coming to stay and barking and growling! They like classical music - it seems to relax Freddie in cuddle time.
