Hi everyone, so far I seem to be unlucky in the piggie stakes, got two boars, Popcorn and Chewy, that I had to separate as some serious fighting occurred. Both now neutered and we were given a lady friend for Chewy, Mini, anyway initial introductions went OK, a bit of hip swaying from Chewy and some mounting but that was all. Moved Mini into Chewy's suite and hip swaying and purring still going on and he seems to be bulling her.

What should I do, can't afford another cage and don't have space for another either. They are fine during play time after a little bit of hip sway from Chewy just seems to be the cage - Was thinking in investing in a C+C but don't really want to fork out if it won't help.

Any suggestions, has only been a couple of days but given the situation I went through with the boys am probably just a over protective mum? ?

I worry about my piggy all the time, I always think about her! I worry to much lol. Well if they're not used to eachother or dislike eachother to a point, Do you have a play pen? In the mean time if you do have a playpen for them try lining it with a box and newspaper (it'll be enough time untill you find another cage or save money) then you can place a piggy there. I don't know if that's the best idea, but if piggies are fighting I'd try everythingl. otherwise if you don't have a playpen try using a box, open of course, and pucnh tiny holes in it for more air.... I know I don't have the best Ideas, I'm just offering what I can think of :P. Good luck!

Hi & welcome Michelle :)

If Chewy & Mini aren't getting along, how bout introducing Mini to Popcorn instead? I only have boars so I can't advise you with male/female introduction I'm afraid.
