this is what eddie sounds like he is saying when he's muttering to himself! :)) o/h pointed it out the other day and it's hilarious! :)):)):))

ches used to sound like he was saying onk onk, whereas maisie sounds like she says pop pop pop as she's muttering to herself! :))

what sounds do yours make? :)
 
I know what you mean! My ex used to call piggies 'woodys' because he thought it sounded like 'wood wood wood wood wood' Lmao
 
Most of our piggies just chunter as they go about, with one exception, Ouzo our neutered boar who has an uncanny knack of sounding like a squeaky door. When we first heard him we thought OMG he's in pain but it turns out it's just his natural noise. He doesnt wheek like the others do although he can rumble like the best of them. ;)

We still jump out of our skins if we are watching a scary programme on the TV and he starts to squeak. He's also good at timing his noise so that you cant hear the TV :))

ches couldn't really wheek either. sometimes if he thought he was missing out on something, he would accidently do the highest pitch wheeks and shock himself! :))
 
How adorable! If i'm not getting their veg fast enough Penny will do some really long wheeks at me telling me off! rolleyes

ches used to bite the bars if i was too slow with veg! then teeth chatter.. and then be pampered with shoulder runs as he ate his breakfast! :{ :)) he was the sweetest pig ever but late veg wouldn't be tolerated! :)) x

just walked past the cage and eds comes running over with hay in his crest hair saying what what what what what. i said pardon and he said what what what! cracked me up! :))

we have been trying but as soon as he see's the camera or phone, he's off! struggling to even get pics because he doesn't stay still! :)) i'll keep trying though because it's sooo funny. :))
 
it's the way he has hay in his crest hair aswell. you expect baby birds to pop up or something! :)) maisie looks at him sometimes like rolleyes x

i thought he would be fine with the camera. he isn't phased by anything! but he moves as soon as i go to take the pic, or nudges the camera and then runs off. rolleyes

i love his crest aswell. he also has a beady eye kind of look! :)) he's adorable. such a happy piggy. i feel really lucky to have him. :)
 
We often call Branston 'chut - chut' as he can't move without making this noise and is such a happy, bouncy, inquisitive little man. :))
 
eddie has suddenly found some more of his voice and he did a very loud wheek the other day, and also sometimes does an impression of a duck crossed with a sealion, crossed with a pig! ?/ lol. x
