at the moment i have 3 guinea pigs lisa, maggy and spiker. spiker is in his own cage at present when hes 6mths plan to get him neutered. lisa and maggy were living together until recently due to lisa's absess, waiting for this to heel before putting them back together.

vet said that if i observed them i should be ok giving them a bit of time together in the run. which was ok for a little bit they were happy and then they started squabbling, so split them up again. when maggies in hutch and lisa is in the run they speak to eachother and give kisses between the bars.

the question is this should i keep them seperate and house one of them with spiker once neuterd and have one as a lone piggy :(. or have three together once every guinea is ready. or do i find a 4th boar to get neutered to mate with other girl. sorry have all these questions running through my head. want to do whats best for my guins.

i think mabe give the 2 girls a bit of time together mabe 5 mins a day or something but house them next to each othe rto get used to the smell of each other then mabe they will come round and become best friends again.
