My female piggie keeps making this sound while running around like wimpering/snoring idk how to describe

could you record it, post it to YouTube and share the link? We could hear it and see her and give a view.

Is that constant or only when she is running? Sounds almost bunged up? Has she always done this or just started and us everything else normal about her? I'll tag @Wiebke who might have a more definite answer

It does depend a bit on her body language, but our Ruby (the pig of constant sound) makes that noise when she is content and pottering.
If it goes up and octave it means she is getting cross about something (a common occurrence for the delightful Miss Ruby).
She also often makes a similar sound when DD is handling her - almost like a cat purring, but it becomes louder and more angry if someone else touches her.
So if she seems calm and happy while making it, it may just be her chatting away to herself.
Obviously if she seems ill or unwell in any way then it might mean something else entirely and she should see vet.
