This is mine.....

7.30am piggies are fed thier breakfast.. 2 types of veg, some more pellets and fresh hay.

I scoop out any poops from the night and clean bowls/refresh water etc.

Get out the elc ball pit and put either the two boars in or the sows on a rota basis for some exercise.

Afternoon spend some time with the piggies handling them etc,

early evening more veg, and then put the piggies back in their cage and cover them over with a blanket half over cage as the temperature drops a bit in the night.

once every couple of months I clip nails and every 6 months they have a bath:))

6am my alarm goes off and i hit snooze
wheek wheek wheek

6.05am my alarm goes off again i hit snooze
Wheek Wheek Wheek

6.10am alarm again
WHEEK WHEEK WHEEK WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKKKK
half asleep i get up and chop veggies all the time with a wheeking chorus :)

then in the evening the piggies start hinting at food around 6pm they all get cuddles and cage brush up and at 7pm they get fed
in the evening they quite often take turns in coming out for a run or cuddles

Get up at various times depending on day of the wheel but its usually about 6.30am - as soon as I go into the livingroom the piggies think it is veg time rolleyes i tell them that I have to get ready for work first then it will be veg time :)

they get their breakfast veg in the morning, top up their food bowl if necessary and change their water. They then get bundled fresh hay and I leg it out the door usually later than planned due to wanting to spend all day with the piggles :))

oops night time routine is veggies when we eat and then a check of muesli before bed and depending on the temperature hay for warmtyh or if not hay for just plain eating or playing in hehe

My routine...up at about 8.30, fill bowls with pellets and top up hay. I try to get the girls out mid morning, so that Archie can have the run of the 2 cages. Then at about 6.30pm the girls go back in and I give them all their veggies. Then change water and fill up hay again for the night.

My boys are fed veg usually before 8am when I go out for a run.

Just after lunch time I quickly skip them out, taking out any wet patches and soiled hay and topping up the bedding, hay and nuggets. The pigs enjoy this time, they're always chatting and hopping all over the place (and nibbling my shoes, which may be fun for them but not for me!).

Just before it gets dark I go out to the shed and check that their heater works and I might give them a small bowl of bran if it's particularly cold like it has been the last few nights.

Approx 6.30am all I can hear is wheak wheak wheak from the girls (who are temporarily) downstairs, it's mainly Willow as she is the most vocal.
When I get downstairs all you can hear is constant wheaking until their veg (salad) is taken out of the fridge and placed in their cage.
Then I top up their pellet food and refill the water.
Then I make a cuppa whilst braving outside (still in my dressing gown at this point lol) to feed the boys their salad and pellets.
Then at dinner (or if no time at tea) they come out for a play in their runs, then they'll have around an hour then go back to their houses.
I (or someone else will) check on both sets of piggies around 4 times a day.

6.30 - 7- Wake up, breekie, hay veggie run time!
8 - Cuddley and a veggie treat before uni, back into run.
and I get home from uni at eight o clock (traffics usually a pain from 4 till 6 so i always set off at seven and get home for eight)

My OH/mum will check on the pigs around about five times a day and that means extra veggies :O

Eight forty- bedding change time!
And at nine they get a brush and hug from me before going to bed. :)

And on Fridays its my day off so extra cuddles and chewing of my paper whilst i try to do some work!:))

we feed our pigs between 8am and 9.30am they have about 4 - 5 dif types of veg. we then do their water and hay.

evening get them out for a run depending what time we get in from work. they have a run round in the living room.

8.30 they have they evening veggies and they know when 8.30 comes every nigiht hahaha they start wheeking.

put them in their cage in the evening and redo their hay, pick up poo etc 8)

Linzg- What kind of heater do you use in your shed?

It's a 2' tubular heater. Gives off very gentle heat but that's all I need as it's only a 6'x4' lean-to shed. I often find the pigs huddled underneath it first thing in the morning.

6.30-7 ish am, one of us gets up and does veggies for both sets of piggies depends what shifts OH is on who does it. Waters too.

6 pm both home from work, hoover poos with little hoover and clear hay areas of poo and wee and put fresh hay in. Small amount of veggies mainly to encourgae living room pigs out from under the coffee table where they sleep so we can hoover.

10pm: Night time veggies and waters and a poo clear by hand (the hamsters also get veggies at this time). Top up of pellets and hay.

Living room pigs are free range so have permanent run time, Buzz and Woody get cuddles and run time when they like but they are not used to it so tend to just sit on the floor in the hall until I open the hall cupboard then Buzz comes in to have a look around.

Main cage cleans are on Mondays and the fleece and inco pad under the coffee table are changed a different day.

So does it run on electric? I have no power to my shed. Any ideas on heaters that dont need electric?

6.30AM wake up, into shower, dress and blow dry hair whilst kicking ball around for Bella rolleyes Then out in family room uncover Tommy zzz and still throw the ball around etc.. with Bella whilst doing washing and making lunch for Allan and I to go to work, tidy up etc..

Upstairs and tidy up make dinner, go for a walk, dinner....blah blah blah..
8pm go clean out girls and bring them up for playtime and snuggles x) hand syringe them water (get them used to syringes! just in case..) then them off to bed after i've cut up their veggies around 9pm ish.
Tommy already covered and snooozing again LOL
Bella up about 9.30 for a play.......back downstairs for her last pee time and then up again bout 10pm for a last night snuggle and kisses before SIM SIM time :)

Yeah, it's electric. The shed is attached to the garage so I just passed an extension cable through one of the windows and into the shed.

The only thing I can suggest is masses of insulation and snugglesafe heat pads.

In the morning I change the water bottle and give Reggie some guinea pig food. Give him a bit of a cuddle and chat to him lol. And some mornings I will give him some fresh fruit or veg.

And when I get home from work I take him out for a play and little run around or sit on my knee.
Clean out his cage, usually i scoop out any poops, clean out his igloo and put in fresh hay and also feed him some more veggies.
