when is best to start breeding my guiena pigs

i breed guinea pigs and they are kept in my garage, i stopped breeding them at winter as the weather was rather cold. now it has stared to warm up a little and i wondering if anybody could give me advice to weather it is advisable to start breeding my guinea pigs agian?
