I've had my guinea pig Caramel for a week now, she's an Abyssinian breed. I noticed a spot on her back leg, that is hairless and has some white flaky skin on it. The hair is coming out a little bit, but she seems to be fine. She doesn't scratch at it, it isn't irritated, and she doesn't flinch when I touch it, unless I accidentally pull some hair. Can any one help me please?

Hey, Welcome to the forum. It sounds like fungal to me. It will need a vets diagnosis to be sure as their are a few skin conditions and some cream to clear it up

You really need to get it checked out before treating it... Can you upload a photo of it? tagging in @helen105281

I would go to the vet first as it needs a proper diagnosis. It does sound fungal to me too though. My preferred treatment for fungal is Imaverol dips but see what the vet suggests. Please note that to test for fungal vets sometimes carry out a culture, however the only type of fungal that can be cultured using the standard medium is ringworm, however there are many other types.

The other possibility is mange mites, and I always recommend a round of Ivermectin injections for this.
