White Scab On Guinea Pig Bum? Please Help!<3

I'm really worried, my guinea pig is 5 years old now and she has always been healthy. Recently though she has had a tender left back leg and I was wondering what was wrong as she walked perfectly fine and only squeaked when I touched a certain spot on it. Then yesterday I found her with pee all over her back legs and up her back (how she managed that I have no idea?) and because her fur was sticking together it revealed a small red spot maybe a centimeter in diameter on her bottom-back. In the center was a red dot and immediately I washed all the pee off (fear of flies being attracted and laying maggots) and tried to clean the thing. She squeaked in protest and little red broke off. This morning (she smells delicious now because of the guinea pig shampoo!) I couldn't see it, so after searching through her hair I finally came across it. Now it has a white residue all over it (not sure if it comes off or not, maybe it's a white scaby type thing?) and I don't know what it is! It still hurts her to touch it.

Please help!
 
It's difficult to tell, so a photo would definitely help. I am inclined to think possible fungal too but that wouldn't necessarily explain the wee on it though it would be sore when touched. She will need to see a vet for a diagnosis and treatment though.
 
Thank you everyone for your tags and help! I just went down and carefully cut around the area so it was easier to see, the white stuff is mostly gone but there is kind of white scabs that are hard to see. The pics are a little blurry, it was very uncomfortable little Autumn and she squirted a few pees at me until she found my plant I was growing for them and then demolished it with her mouth. Oh well, at least she enjoyed that!

I also added in a black spot I saw on her toenail in case anyone knew what that was too. With all of this I'm probably going to have to take her to the vet, my poor little girl. :( <3

Thank you for the photos. I would say it looks like either fungal or mange mites. Ideally if mange mites I would opt for a course of Ivermectin injections bur your vet may suggest spot on. If fungal I use a product called Imaverol which is used as a dip that is not washed off but see what your vet suggests. Please note that if your vet suggests that a culture is done, the only type of fungal that shows up using the standard medium is ringworm, which this doesn't look like.

The other possibility is urine scald if she has been sat in her wee for too long.

I am not too sure about the nail.
 
Thanks helen105281, I think it might be fungus too now. I've cleaned both my guinea pigs cages using gloves and separated them. Kiwi looks fine and no fungus - yet. I'll definitely look up that Imaverol you talked about too. Shall I still go to the vet or wait to see if it goes away?
 
Yes you do need to see the vet for a proper diagnosis. Not sure if you can get Imaverol in the US but it's proper name is Enilconazole.
