Please have your guinea pig seen by a vet promptly. Problems in the eyes can deteriorate quickly so it is best to get it checked out. It’s possible that your piggy has received a hay poke to the eye which can cause an ulcer. These require prompt antibiotic treatment from a vet.

It could be a hay poke or scratch.
The good news is that if treated promptly they usually heal quickly and well, but should never be left as they can develop into a serious (and more expensive!) problem.

This looks like a hay poke or other corneal injury- please see a vet as soon as you can, as it will need antibiotics and pain relief and eye injuries can degenerate really quickly if left untreated!
