My boy, 6 years old, has been bobbing this way since afternoon. At first, I thought it’s just a quirk. But now it’s night and he’s still at it. He’s eating a bit lesser than usual. I’m not sure if it’s the heat but I’ve put an ice pack inside with him. I’ve recently lost his brother please help me I can’t lose him too. Not now. If it doesn’t get better, I’ll take him to the vet tomorrow but rn there’s no option for a vet here. Please help

I'm sorry that your piggy seems unwell (and also for your recent loss).

I can't advise on what to do, other than take him to the vet, hut if you wish to post a video, you will need to put it on YouTube or similar on a public setting, then link to it in a post. Unfortunately this forum cannot host videos directly.
Sending your boy healing vibes 💓

I’m sorry to hear this and sorry for your loss.

As above, you will need to upload video to YouTube and then post a link to it here.
I appreciate it is difficult when you can’t get to a vet but I’m afraid that is all we can advise you to do.
If by bobbing you mean he is bobbing his head rhythmically when he is breathing, that can be an indicator of breathing or heart issues so it is something that you do need to get checked out.
If you believe he may be overheating, then please do work to cool the room down.

All we can advise is that you switch to emergency care.
That means stepping in with syringe feeding (I note you say he is eating less) a recovery feed to replace hay intake. This is essential as you don’t want his gut slowing down.
You will also need to switch from the routine weekly weight checks and instead weigh him every morning so you can be sure he is getting enough syringe feed and enough independent hay intake to maintain his weight.

I’ve added some guides below to help further

I hope he is ok
