Hey everyone,

I know it looks stupid and you know it looks stupid, but there are much worse things that people do to their dogs.

It is temporary dog-friendly colour, washes out in 4 or 5 washes and if the dogs are in good health apart from having numpty owners, then i won't get het up about it.

I don't think its abuse, just rather embarrassing for the poor dogs.

There are worse things in the world.

I agree that its not actually hurting the dogs, but what worries me most about things like this is the owners attitude to their pets, they are not fashion accessories they are living things!

I'm all for a bit of fun and if its harmless one off, and they are otherwise well cared for I can't see its any different than some of the set up guinea pictures you see, including on this forum. Not meaning to offend as thats harmless too! Or those pompoms cuts that poodle have! I used to have a poodle and refused to have him cut like that rolleyes

Far worse things happen to animals, including the two poor chinchiillas I took in today! 8...

but you would have though if she was selling them she would have gone for their natural look!

Unbelievable!

My wife had "my super sweet 16" on the TV earlier and the girl had her poodle dyed pink and her poodles claws varnished pink. Some people astound me.

Aww, I thought they were teddy bears too!
Those poor dogs! Thank goodness they're getting new homes! Sheesh!
I'd like to see that person die her hair bright blue/pink!

It's silly I think, looks stupid, they're much cuter white anyway . . . but it's harmless to the dog.

I think it's wrong to just have dogs as fashion accessories. But I don't think it's abuse to dye them or anything. I wouldn't do it myself, but some people are just a bit weird!

OMG what sick people, what on earth were they thinking, ive got a little white fluffy westie and theirs no way on this earth i would let my children do anything like this to her.Poor Dogs, sue

I think your all being a bit silly over this, by the ad id say she cares about her RESCUE dogs. So what its a bit of dye, is it hurting the dogs? No. Some people on here are so quick to jump down peoples throats and judge them. And i highly doubt it was the kids who dyed the dogs, think people need to ease off.

just had an email saying they died the pink one for cancer awarness day and he looked like a gay fart walking around with a pink dog so died the other one blue, he also added that its none of my buisnessrolleyes:x:)):x

did anyone see the news lately about the white cat dumped it had been died pink too...

still cant see why would you do that i would rather drape them in pink or nice pink bow, not die the dogs

I don't see the harm in it as long as nothing toxic was used and I consider myself an animal lover.

Okay it's unusual and a bit weird but its not hurt them at all.

MUCH worse things go on than this.

its not that it would hurt them what i was suprised about its seeing a pink dog and a blue dog for sale, i just think it looks stupid and there is no way i would take them out for a walk looking like that :)):{

Neither would I but it would be so so funny to see my husband having to walk the pink one, talk about girlie! :(|)

I don't class it as cruel, just a shame for the poor things! I guess people have been dying dogs for a long time, as long as they use the food colouring based dye then I each to their own! (and I have turquoise hair at the moment and its been pink before!)
