I was not happy with the Zoozone 1 cage I'd got Wilfred in so treated him to a Ferplast Criceti 15 cage.

Photos of the new cage - basically bunged everything from the old one over, considering a silent disc type wheel for the platform to give him a different type of wheel aswell as his wooden one. I need to find out what hammock/toys I can put across the bars at the top too.
He was so excited he stayed awake from 5pm to explore, moving did not phase him - he's so happy with anything it seems.

Wonderful pictures Alison, looks like he absolutely loves it. We *** have to remember this cage for the future, though we have 2 hamster heavens spare at the moment anyway.

Naaaw! Little Wilfred! He's looks great in his new cage! Lovely to see him again, can't wait for Rubix to arrive next week! Eeeeek! I'm waiting for my hamster heaven to arrive (ordered on Thurs) I need to order some toys now!

He is a happy hammy I reckon!

I did like the hamster heaven but it was too tall to fit in under Arties cage/stand and this one just slides in there perfect:)

my last hammy was a little trooper. He had a big cage but would wait every night until I let him go in his ball. He used to zoom along upstairs, with the stairs blocked off. Just about 10 minutes but he must have gone miles. Yours has got some super toys x

Oh he was really having fun exploring!

I lurve the way they climb up the side of the cage and hang on with their ickle little tootsies x)x)

That looks a really good cage. At the moment both of my hamsters have a zoozone cage. The one has been really busy biting the plastic and has already made a hold which we have had to put a bolt in for the time being. But, she is still having a good go and biting her way out and before long there will be another hole next to the last one. I said to my husband the other day that sooner or later Sweetie will have to go into a barred cage, like before but a bit bigger one. That one looks pretty good. How big is it?

It's bigger than a zoozone 1 but smaller than a zz2 it's 78cm long, 48cm high and 39cm wide.
Noticed your in the Midlands as are just for pets - so if you could get to a store you could have a good look at one see what you think?
I got mine from Kidderminster, ready assembled is handy too. They are on offer a few more days only at £45.
Know a lot of people love the Hamster Heaven which costs more but has more levels in. There seem to be those more on eBay but it's never local to me!
Wilfred got up at 6pm when I got in from work - started climbing round the bars as if to show off! He had started to chew the zz1 cage - they seem great for some hamsters but not others. It was worrying me how he was getting near the mesh lid - I'd made the mesh neat but was worried there was a risk of injury.
I've yet to find the tubes for the Criceti.

What a lucky ham! Blossom's cage is an iMac fantasy (extended), I love the second storey cages for them as Blossom loves climbing. I hope Wilfred has given you his approval!

Thanks for that. That cage is top of my list when we have to get rid of the zoozone. I would prefer the cage to be fully assembled though.Putting cages together has been a nightmare so far.
