Oh dear...

Last night I noticed Normans *ahem* manhood was hanging behind him as he was walking...
So I checked him over and tryed to pursuade it back in... With no success...
A bath and some vasaline later... Still no luck...

So I'm thinking he's got a prolapse after I tryed for most of the night to coax it back in...

He's at the vets in 45 mins so I'm leaving now...!

Well...
Not much happened in the vets...
She had a prod round couldn't feel anything significant... Managed to get his penis to go back in but was hanging out again within 5 minuet... mallethead

Got a feeling he's going to need the op... :...

Fingers crossed he managed to keep it sucked in...!

Poor piggy - hope everthing turn out (or in ! ) o.k.
 
we have a rodentologist friend who might be able to advise you or your vet over the phone if you want ... pm me and i will send the phone number:)p
 
Still not much improvement in Norman and his man hood...

It's still not staying in place and now is sticking out at an angle... Although I can get it back in with some vasaline...:)>>> it still come back out within minuets...

i sent the photo to a friend of mmine who has years of experience with guinea pigs to see if she had any ideas about what to do with him and she said the same...
:))

i know... i feel so sorry for him and its making me cringe seeing him walking round and it dragging behind him...:)>>>

You get all the best piggy ailments don't you :)) it must be painful though as i'm assuming it's very sensitive? Poor boy!

Poor lad, making me wince just thinking about it! Hope it gets sorted out all fine wednesday x

He's doing good...!
Just as I booked him in to a vets two hours away to get himself sewn back in he seems to have sorted himself out.. :))
I'm so relieved... (I'm sure he is too... :)))
