women in court

a women is going to go to court today for sentencing with regards to animal cruelty, she moved out and let (and she had loads) of guineas and rabbits starve to death, the tele showed pics of them all bagged up on the floor, there must have been 30 plus dead animals, it makes me so cross, and to top it off you saw the food bags stacked next to the hutches, to think those furriers where so close to their food and couldn't get it,

I hope she goes down for a long time
 
She'll get let off, I've no faith in people being brought to court because of animal cruelty, they always get light sentences.

What a horrible thing to happen, if I am late feeding my pigs I freak out! :tickedoff:
 
Ooh i don't know it was all shown on TV so i think for the south east is well publicised

I think people are very shocked
 
probably get banned from keeping pets for 12 months or something equally lame. >:( >:(
 
was it on the news or in the paper or something ?

That is just sick in my own mind :( >:(
 
no I didn't, I was re-organising the shed for the new arrivals :smitten: glad I didn't see it really :'(
 
Thats murder. Pure and simple. It was premeditated and utterly deplorable

If I got my hands on her she'd soon know about it 666)

I have a few things I'd like to say... But I'll be civil.
Stuff like that really pushes my buttons >:( I hope she goes down for a long time, but I know she probably won't, there are no proper laws against this type of animal cruelty just yet, unfortunately.

I'll go and feed my piggy some extra greens now :-\
 
I saw this on Meridian Tonight :'( It was shocking :'( Those poor animals :'(

It said she has been banned for life and given suspended sentence for 2 years, but as has been mentioned, how do they monitor and make sure she doesn't take on anymore?

hey girl where do you live then, i am in maidstone
 
i think its discusting, he will probably get off easy i new this person once but now i cant stand him,
he stabbed his dog with a screwdriver and all he got was 6 months ban so he wasnt aloud to keep pets for 6 months and £100 fine,

it made me feel ill, you get a harsher punishment if you go over the speed limit by 2 miles an hour.

it makes me mad and sad to think of those poor animals out there

I don't want to disclose where I live exactly on here but I live in East Sussex very near the Kent border O0
 
cool so not to far away the boarder from me in that direction is about half to three quarters of an hour away
 
Those poor poor animals! :'( I just don't understand how people can live with themselves doing this sort of cruelty - I feel bad if I think I haven't given my animals enough attention or if I haven't fed them as I'm running late and its their dinner-time. There should be tougher sentencing! :tickedoff:
