Can I build things out of Wood Pallets and give them to my guinea pig?

BEFORE ANYTHING. The wood pallets that I am talking about are marked with HT, for what I can make out. which means they are not chemically treated for my understanding.

But, I just want some expertsish to give me some advice. Thank you in advance!

I’m sure you can use wood from wood pellets if they have not been treated or painted. Make sure you sand them down well so they don’t get spells in their feet or their eyes.
You could make a good solid run if you can get hold of animal proof mesh, I’ve seen some instructions for this on the Internet.
the best wood for chewing is branches off fruit trees such as apple or pear, they don’t splinter like pine which most pellets are made from.
Do let us see a photo the fruits of your hand work x

Just to clarify, you said pellet so I just want to clarify. I am talking about wood pAllets like this. If it is fine to build something out of this is give them it. Not feed it to them but guinea pigs chew things so just want to be safe.

My outside hutch has certainly got some pine wood in its construction and yes they have had a nibble in it, so yes I think it will be fine for making something for them even if they have a little nibble here and there x
