Snowy is mite-free and has passed her vet check so we can collect her tomorrow !!

yeah i bet you will be too excited to sleep tonight and i hope the introductions with rosie go well!

thanks I'm really hoping they like each other ! any suggestions how to do it ? I'm going to introduce them in the bathroom, then they have their new C&C cage as the neautral ground also

but should I leave Snowy be for a few days or try and introduce them straight away ?

What great news!

You can introduce her straight away - single pigs generally prefer to have company above everything else!

When I first brought Eleanor home, I introduced her to Eliza straight away. I had a spare cage though just incase they didn't hit it off but luckily they did. Just make sure you supervise them xx

Great news, I'm so happy for you!

I did both - quarantined some pigs, introduced some straight away. Personally I feel that if the pig is from a good rescue then it's fine to introduce straight away, especially having had so many medical checks and recent mite treatments. It's usually when the pig is from a pet shop that you really do have to think about how long to quarantine for!

OMG YAY that's brilliant news! So pleased and so will they both be too. :):)

I am going to miss the news on the introductions being away but I bet your girls will settle in soon enough, can't wait to hear how they get on.
