Zippy the Layby boy all grown up

Some of you may remember my Layby boys from last year - who were dumped in a ditch. I thought you'd like to see some recent pics of Zippy.. Unfortunately he and George fell out so they don't live together at the moment, but Zippy is in a 3-some with Captain Jack and Sirius Black - seems to be working for now!

He's still such a funny pig, I love having him indoors (he's a lounge pig, so he gets lots of telly time!). He and the other boys are employed as 'converting people to indoor pigs' ambassadors - when people visit to see the rescue pigs, they come into the lounge and are greeted by these 3 as a welcoming committee!

LOL, he has got a cheeky face! In theory he should have been put up for rehoming once he was ok, but so far I've not been able to face it. He makes me laugh and I promised him when he was poorly that I'd look after him for ever if he made it through.... rolleyes

That's why there are so many pigs here! :))

Well, I wouldn't normally have tried it, Captain Jack and Sirius lived together when Sirius was ill, then Sirius went off to CCT for treatment... Zippy had to come in because he had a nasty abcess where George had bitten his face, so I put him with Captain Jack... when Sirius came back from CCT, I thought I'd try them as a 3 because his old cage mate didn't recognise him. They're all very very placid boys and the seem to rub along... so far!

P.S I love the name, I am storing all these names away for future use;)

Thank you - they were called Zippy and George because there was a huge rainbow when I went to bring them home!
