Zooplus cage arrived .... hummm

base was broken...so fingers crossed I get a refund, thank god I didn't get my bigger cage from there.... sent them like 4 messages including pictures today ... await response....

need to find another good cage from a reliable source looking at Dabners for a trixie 150cm...anyone bought from them?
 
I bought my 150 from them. Only things I would say is that 1) the picture they had up on the website was a different model to the one they were selling, including an upstairs that was wire & I had to get correx & carpet to sort it out 2) I didn't realise until I went to collect it that they sold animals, and was unhappy when I saw the poor little piggies in tiny, bare, cages with fluorescent lights. Other than that, it's a family-run operation and the staff were extremely helpful, particularly getting the cage into the car (I went to collect as my parents live just outside Croydon).

ok can't knock zooplus they have said they will refund me and I can keep the broken cage...
 
yeh I sent them pictures, I do believe it happened in transit when you look at the box which was also damaged at that side. Shame really ...
 
It's crazy how many people you hear of having cages arrive broken you would think they'd package them a bit better ? surely some bubble wrap is cheaper than giving out free cages?
