Food loft

Ive got a shop bought cage which is plenty big enough for my two sows.

Eventually I want to build a c&c cage but at the moment I haven't got the space.

In the mean time I want to add a loft to the cage just to give them an extra bit on space on the bottom and to encourage them out a bit more.

What can I use to make the extra level? And also what can I use for the ramp?

Any suggestions?

I used a c+c square for the loft held to the side with tie raps. The ladder is a bird cage ladder from jollies, I them put carpet underneath and some sides on the ladder. I lined the c+c with fleece and they are always up there. I'm making another for their other cage. Hope this helps?
