Sadly a lot of products say they’re suitable for small animals but not all small animals are the same.
For some companies it’s more about money than the animals.
Hope your piggies enjoy the Piggies Parcels forage
Do you think maybe something external that they've had different could cause them both to have one at the same time? Any different forage or veg amounts/type? Water? New nuggets or a change in nugget ingredients?🤔
My piggies LOVE hay cubes. I get the large one (or make my own) and buy a bag of forage (my lot have always preferred herbal blends rather than floral). You can sprinkle some forage around the cage for them to find, something which they'll find very enriching as this is something they'd do in...
Is anyone using the HayShed hay? They're currently running 25% off offer and wanted to try the Oat and the Green wheat hay for a bit of forage variety.
It's great offer, but have bulk bought hay before from new suppliers only for it to look nothing like advertised and not reflecting the high...
Slavey! I want whatever Dennis had in his bowl! That must be soooo good.
Dennis on the RB, I dont get forage. My slave says something about me getting so much food anyways?!?
Saxon! Dennis is the perfect road model. I dont have to explain, its visual. Its a very good trick!
Slave says my beard...
This is Kreacher btw :) this was just before I stopped giving them forage lol. He probably knew this was his last day with the forage mat that's why he decided to make the most of it and decided to lay down on it 🤣🤣🤣

You would need to give even less than one tablespoon of pellets each day if you do use forage. Do note some forage items are higher in calcium so can’t be fed...
Ah dear Pebble 🥰
I hope he gets better quickly
I’m so glad you picked it up so quickly too
My Vet suggested dandelion leaves to help my piggy wee more
Bobby loved the extra forage at the time
Good luck
I use this screenshot of this list of poisonous plants for reference. I’ve found the BCC Forage For All facebook page to be very useful for educating on what wild plants are safe for piggies to eat but I always triple check this information with other online sources for confirmation and help...
Boys had enough forage for a cute ten minute munch where they behaved.
Unfortunately I'll have to order my forage online because the pet store is discontinuing it.
I have a raised c&c cage and have storage boxes underneath
In the storage boxes I keep fleece/ wipes/ cleaning stuff and toys
I keep pellets / forage / first ad kit/ scales etc in a cupboard nearby so that these are in a cool dark place
I have a bin for hay
Yes do cut pellets down as you are currently overfeeding them - they should only have one tablespoon per pig per day.
Forage is explained in this guide below
