    Oxbow or science selective urinary care?

    I don’t believe wheatgrass is a daily thing, more suitable for once a week - I think it’s high in calcium/oxalates. You have to take the diet as a whole so if she is given wheatgrass in a week, I probably wouldn’t given kale as well.

    Mould on grass tray

    Hi all We don’t have a garden but I bought one tray of ready to juice/eat wheatgrass and one of barely grass for Dottie our sow which have been going down well. We didn’t feed too much at once so it’s been a gradual increase. The wheatgrass tray now has some cotton wool type mould on the...

    Grass

    Aconbury Wheatgrass - Home I have bought from here in the past, it's not cheap (at all, especially postage!) When I've needed grass ASAP, usually after a surgery to encourage independent eating as quickly as possible. It's grown for human consumption so very clean, I used to be able to get...

    I got buy one get one free super food powder. Wheatgrass, barley grass, alfalfa, beets, carrots. Among many other veggies. I don't eat a lot of veggies myself so this will help me. It was $33 and I got the second free. They also had dye and perfume free laundry detergent for $1.99. I'm going...

    Squeaking when pooping or weeing

    Could I ask is it safe to give a small handful of wheatgrass a few times a day? I’m reading mixed responses again, it’s grass I grow at home. I tried Timothy grass once and it really upset her stomach even though I gave a tiny amount.

    My indoor only piggies must smell grass growing all around. I have wheatgrass in my window box which they can have. The local grass might not be safe though and I don't know if they are used to eating lots of grass, so we keep to moderate amounts🌾

    bladder problem veggies too feed?

    Do they get pellets? They need some calcium so I feed a little wheatgrass or parsley once a week and my boy who gets no pellets gets forage twice a week.

    Foxgloves and outdoor time

    ...I guess my Q is: is there a safe distance from potential foxgloves, or would you treat this as a complete no-go? I've so far pot-grown wheatgrass for my girls so they can have the joy of fresh grass. I'm happy to keep doing this, but I'd love for them to have a few enrichment sessions...

    ...of her preferred hay coming tomorrow, and might get some more oat hay from piggies parcels which she likes. She has a little bit of fresh wheatgrass from a pot at the moment as we don’t have a garden, but after some slightly clumpy looking poos overnight i held that back today. Some of her...

    Stripe has one clear pee today. It's normal to have some chalky, but not every one. Stripe is down to seven pellets so he can relate! Chez won't touch them so he gets forage twice a week and wheatgrass twice a week.

    @Adelyn's Piggies

    So we’ve finally had a day that wasn’t scorching hot - the guinea pigs got to go and have outdoor grass time :D I grow my own wheatgrass because I don’t really trust the grass in my yard - we live near a forest and there are a lot of animals that pass through. Here are the piggies enjoying...
