fungal nose stripe

One of my three guinea pigs has developed a white stripe on her nose which looks to be like dried skin.... I have read it could be a fungal type of infection. Is there anything anyone could advise me to do to treat it as at the moment getting to my vet is hard unless it is seen as an emergency...
