I'm sure he isn't doing it in purpose. Please remember that he is in new surroundings and everything will be new and strange for him.
Try giving him a few days to settle in first before picking him up. Offer him small amounts of nice veg whilst talking to him gently so he can get used to you, your hands and the sound of your voice
@kiera you said the same thing about Jack, and then once you understood his reasons you loved him again.
As much as I want to help and support you this is the reason why you've had negative comments. Please give him chance to settle, perhaps have him checked for mites. Major changes can bring on stress in any animal, and in piggies it can also bring on an outbreak of mites.
Perhaps give the little guy a vet check-over and speak to them about your concerns, and then give him space to settle.
@kiera please do not start any further new threads. I have already asked you to keep to one thread. If you continue to open multiple threads they may be removed without warning and I'm sure you don't want that.
Please give this poor little pig time to settle. And read the threads on biting.
This new boar already has his own thread here My New Boar❤ , so perhaps it would be good to keep the continuation going on that thread.
I feel it may be best to close this one at this time.
