2 hour old guinea pigs!

My friend has 2 guinea pigs, girls Florence and Dora. Florence was the mum of 2 babies in the pet shop but they got her when the babies were old enough to leave their mum. Florence then got really fat so they assumed she was pregnant with one of her babies in the pet shop as Dora is deffo a girl.
Now a few weeks later she has given birth to 5 beautiful babies!! She gave birth in the run. Dora has been split up from Florence and is in the outdoor hutch and Florence and her babies have been put into the indoor cage-transported using a towel. :)

Here are a few pictures! Only 2 as she didn't want to disturb them, right now they are all snuggled up around their mum! x)

They won't be keeping them all, maybe 2 if they are girls. If there are any more girls I might even get one to come and live with Fudge and Rainbow! :<>
 
What lovely babies she has had, I hope you get a girl to add to your herd!
 
Mini pigs. How wonderful. They are completely adoreable..
 
AWWW - what a cute lot! I hope that mummy and pups are all doing fine today!

Thanks. It turns out I can definitely get one if there's more than one girl! :(|) My friend will keep a girl to live with Mummy and Dora and then the others will be looking for homes so....:<>
 
Thanks. :) It turns out my friend's other guinea pig Dora might be pregnant now aswell! :o My friend sent me a picture and she looks just like Florence did when she was expecting! mallethead Dora is a naturally small guinea pig so she can't be just fat! I have no idea how she could be pregnant though? She was kept by herself at the pet shop and if she was pregnant from there then wouldn't she have had them by now? Like Florence? ;)

It's Dora who was the second pregnant guinea and she gave birth this morning! 2 more piggies! x)
 
Went to see them all today. :) They are all gorgeous! x) If I don't get one of Dora's babies then I think the black and white one on the far right will be my baby! x)
