2 tired old boys

These are the 2 old boys I took on from seperate homes and thought I would try them together. One came from a home where he lived with lots of sows and produced lots of babies. Living conditions were not good. The other came from a home where he had been living with a rabbit which died and his owner didn't want him spending the rest of his life on his own. They are both over 5 years old and hit it off straight away. They have been together about 4 weeks now and as you can see they are very happy together. Merlin (the ginger one) is actually resting his head on B2's bottom!

And I agree - all they need are their pipe & slippers - bless them.

Merlin sadly died this morning. He had been getting slower and more tired over the last few weeks but still eating. Yesterday he went out on the grass and munched loads but was quite weak when he came back in. I found him this morning. Now Basil (B2) is on his own again so I will try bonding him with another of my boys and see what happens.
 
Ahh they look so cute Together, i am glad they can keep each other company :))

oops, didn't read that post, omg i'm soo sorry. May he rest in peace and hope Basil ( i used to have a pig called that :P) gets a new companion soon.
