Hi all. Looking for some help please

Last night around 10 pm my indoor pig called Barry ( not sure what breed he is- rescue from 6 weeks old) started breathing heavier than usual. And making slight wheezing sounds. I took him straight to seers croft the vets. He goes here regularly for dental work and is seem by an exotics specialist.
Last night a locum vet was on. He said Barry's heart rate is fine. Nothing in the lungs. But did find a lump. Like the size of a grape on his throat area. I myself was in shock. This wasn't there yesterday. It's turned up rapidly. The locum said it's cancer. With no tests done. And to expect that in a pig of 2 yrs old.
From doing researching other forums have mentioned that it can be Lymphadenitis or access with can be worked with. Does anyone have any info on options other than cancer ? Or if this has happened to your own pigs ?
Barry is breathing normally this morning and eating and pooping well and talking etc so seems content.
Thanks for reading.
Rachael.
