My new enclosure will be 24sq feet and it will house a neutered boar and three girls. Will this be enough space for 4 piggies?

Yes it will be more than enough.
Four piggies need 14 square feet
(10sq ft for two sows, then a further two square feet per additional piggy) - so you are offering a great amount of space for them

That will be an amazing space for them 
It sounds like a brilliant cage.
Don't forget to share photos of your set up, although you might find a steam of piggies knocking on your door and asking to move in too
