2x4 C&c Cage How Many Piggys

hi all I have a c&c cage which is 2x4.it also has a upstairs bit was wondering how many piggy a I can have in the cage.

No more than two I would say.

I would say two medium sized adults, also do watch that the access ramp to the upper level is secure and there are no gaps that a curious piggy might fall through. Enjoy!
