Well to start off the girls needed a bath as they looked like they mite have static lice. So all 3 of them ended up in the bath together (something I have never done before). I ended up sat on the side of the bath in board shorts so I didn't get soaked and let the fun begin!

So we all started off fairly dry and snuggled up together. I don't think they knew what was coming next.

Even Ruby and Tia sat together without squabbling

And then Tia decided to try and use my leg as a ramp to escape. Whilst Ruby was at the other end of the bath trying to jump out!

and then she wanted a lift out!

And then they were dried.

Ruby has decided she hates the hairdryer and made an attempt to escape everytime I turned it on. Several times I caught her with one hand. Daft piggy. The others were all pretty calm whilst drying them. They all feel lovely and silky soft now !

These are great photos, especially piggy pile-up! I applaud you for getting in the bath with them. I've had to resort to doing that with my Hazelnut. He has a very active grease gland, not to mention stuff that seems to constantly get stuck up you know where, so needs frequent bum baths. But he so hates them I always end up wet anyway as he manages to scramble up my arm & onto my shoulder. So, now I just get in with him, put him on my shoulder & wash him. He seems to mind it less being on my shoulder. Afterwards he loves just laying quietly snuggled up in a big bath towel being hand-fed parsley. It takes ages for him to dry but I suspect he wouldn't like the hair dryer any better than he did the bath.

My OH asked when my five are due a bath... I was like never....?
Bathing Maple, Pecan, Rambo, Lucky and Patch is a nightmare. There are attempted escapes, protests, and I end up having a bath with them! Plus they end up having a grump at me!

Lovely photos, they look very impressed with their bath. What shampoo did you use in the end?

I had some gg manuka and neem, which I had used before and was in date. They haven't had reactions in the several times it was used in the past, so felt happy to use it.
Impressed? They were crazy! Ruby and Tia would not stay still, glad I had a towel down as they both kept trying to escape from the water. Esme on the other hand was very good and I made sure she was lovely and dry, and she was able to snuggle up on her heat pad afterwards.

Ah bless them, my late Nigel could jump right out the bath and Jess now gives him a run for his money. Both ginger pigs too.

If it is hay mites you may still need to use a shampoo specifically for that.

Such beautiful girls! I bath mine one at a time, takes longer but I don't think I could bath them together. It'd be bedlam!

When I had four I would do it 2 at a time as they are calmer when together than on their own, today was the first time I did the three of them together. They are being nicer to each other now so it's a bonus.

:laluot_03:How beautiful they are wet or dry. :laluot_23:I bet it took a lot of patience to have them all in the tub with mommy.

Aww clean babies. Mine are scared of the hairdryer too. Bathing them together will hopefully help to bond them.
