Well I made a thread about an email of 3 girls at the shelter a few days ago. After some serious consideration and a talk with OH we decided to meet the girls! Although we just took in Adaline we couldn’t resist meeting them. We brought some lettuce that the shelter said was okay and all 3 girls came up to us instantly. The girls even allowed us to pet them in exchange for lettuce. Of course my heart instantly melted and I was in love. OH and I had another talk while meeting them just to 140% make sure we could handle a cage in 3 different rooms while quarantine happens and where we would put the 2nd cage if the two groups don’t work. Everything seemed to be great, so we proceeded with the adoption! Everyone meet from top to bottom Elaine, Josephine, and Beatrice! We are in love already  75ED24CA-4EB7-4542-8079-6D12EAA50BBA.webp
Don’t worry they aren’t as small as they look in the picture! The shelter gave us a box that was meant for a cat to keep them together! These girls are real chunkers!:luv::lol!:

How wonderful!
You've really thought through all aspects of adopting them and you've got three beautiful girls here!
I love their names
Very vintage :)
Reminds me of classic literature :)
It some how makes them look more beautiful! With classic names like that :)

Thank you! :D We wanted their names to fall in line with our other 3! After this adoption our herd is complete and our hearts/home is full :luv:

Is Josephine a panda?!

From looking at pictures since I didn’t know there was a panda Guinea Pig, Josephine does not look like one! She is half black and half white with some spots of white in her black! She also is rotten as can be, spent all night flipping her bowls and draining the water bottles :lol!:

Looks like you have a feisty one there! Lets hope she calms down a bit once she has settled in.

Every group has got to have one trouble maker! :lol!: She’s also not bashful at all. Anytime a door opens (fridge or normal) she wheeks. Any bag that rustles she’s at the front of the cage letting us know she wants veggies
