I have 3 guinea pig brother. They are around six months old. On two occasions I have seen the same two pigs fighting and the same one has had blood drawn.
I have separated the dominant pig and left the other two brothers together. They are getting on fine.
I have two other guinea pigs. The brother on his own is next to them with clear cage perspex so they can see each other.
The dominant brother can see the other pigs and still occasionally displays rumble strutting.
Will he be ok on his own if he is still communicating /can still visually see other guinea pigs?
I don't want him to get lonely. The other option would be to get a neutered female. He seems ok at the moment.
