What is best for 2 sows? The essi 3 story cage or 2x4 c and c?

Personally I'd always go for C&C cages. You can expand as much as you like and they usually offer the most floor space for the piggies.

C&c, floor space is much more important than levels, also c&c cages are easy to manipulate into any space.

I was just wondering because I may be getting another sow. How much room in cm do 3 sows have to have?

150x60 cm is the MINIMUM requirement for 3 sows, but I think it's too small and would always go bigger! The bigger you can the better.

Okay, I am persuading my parents to get a 2x4 or 2x5 as we only have 120cm space for piggies. Can you give me some tips for persuading parents to get a bigger cage please!?

Erm, tips I cannot give as I haven't had to do it but I'd definitely tell them the bigger the better.
