My shy little 6 year old daughter got voted historian for the guinea pig club! She had to give a short speech and she was up against 4 other kids. Her duties include taking pictures at the meetings and activities, which you all know is right up my alley! Ask @Livia Rabideau what position her daughter got!

Oh geez! Lol. My 5 year old daughter was voted president! I don't know what to do. Both of my kids ran for president. She can't read or write well. She will not be able to handle the responsibility of president. I never thought she would be voted president. My son is heart broken. He is 9. My son already has anxiety. . At least he made it home before he cried. Think I am going to see if the vice president wants to be president and my son can be vice president. Ugh.

He is very sensitive. He doesn't usually like to do things because of anxiety. I appreciate that she was allowed to run. I just think she is too young for the president. I didn't think she would get it. Lol. Haley always gets so much attention. It's just one more thing in Toby's eyes. I don't want to dim her shine though either. Lol. I told him he can help her. I think we will just roll with it for now and see how it goes. She is great with guinea pigs. She is my big helper with them each day. Even on full cage cleaning day she helps me instead of doing whatever she wants.

I just got off the phone with Christie. Her daughter suggested that Toby be vice president and Emily will "mentor" Haley. Makes me feel soooo much better! They all get to be involved!

I totally understand anxiety, I am on anxiety meds and without them I have panick attacks several times a week.

Aww. I'm sorry. I have it too. I am trying herbal supplements first. I was on medication a couple of years ago and weaned off, but it's back just not as bad. My husband has it too and is on medication.

Yeah, I got off mine a year before I got pregnant and stayed off for the two pregnancies and breast feeding. I feel like the hormones or something helped me not be so anxious during that time but it came back.
