Cut Fudge's nails tonight, she was really good until the last one when she moved her foot suddenly and I got the quick, she squeaked loudly and it bled a bit. It stopped bleeding quite quickly but she won't go near me now

oh dear accidents happen it'll be ok get some veggie bribes! 
I always seem to catch one of Baxter's nails it's never nice but fortunately it doesn't hurt them and won't cause any lasting damage.
A cuddle and a bribe of something tasty usually sorts it out
she might just be a bit shocked if it's the first time you've cut her nails, it can generally be a bit scary for first time pigs. She'll get used to it
