Would welcome any ideas of the breed of the really long haired ones and any advice on how to improve their coats!
The white one is now called Lily, the black one is Pansy.
The others aren’t quite as long haired - the grey has been called after @ Betsy Little Betsy!
The other long haired one was and still is called Bella.
The smooth haired one is now Rosie.

Awww, they're amazing! Congratulation!

Long haired piggies - I found after I bathed them in Gorgeous Guineas Posh and Go, their coats were much softer and don't matt nearly as much, so definitely worth the investment. Keep their bum hair short too!

Excuse me! Haven’t you a Betsy of your own who is also my adopted Betsy?
Absolutely Janice but surely 2 Betsys are better than 1! They can meet and play games and everything and it'll be soooooo cute! Your Betsy is also my adopted Betsy don't forget!

Of course she’s yours too! You were generous enough to let me adopt your Betsy when I needed her AND you let me name mine after her!

Will look for that then to bathe their wee bums in! Kirsteen had cut the areas around their wee bums pretty short at the moment!

Sadly I can only kidnap boars at the moment as i can't neuter Chippy

I have the money but a vet to neuter him is at least 4 hours away but have near vets for emergencys

Yep but I'm very skilled with locks now where's that hammer?

Hmmm black suit and a laptop and I'm all good. I can hack too

Five new piggies. Oh my word. How fabulous. Five new sets of wheeking lungs. What a beautiful herd of lady pigs you have there. Congratulations.

gorgeous piggies!
for improving the fur you only need to wait...:D a good organic natural diet, as you always do with your other piggies will make their hair become shiny, long and without arid knots. Once in a while wash their bum and the hair (especially the extremity) using a delicate natural soap (I use an organic one for newborns/children).
The diet rich of vitamins and fresh food will make a great difference. Scissors and brush are not necessary... I don't use them (my sows hate being brushed).

(believe me, I have NEVER brushed Calliope!) and never cut her hair

the wee residuals "burns" the hair, for this reason I sometimes wash (with shampoo) the hair of the bum or I clean it using wet baby wipes (but the sows hate such wipes).

Thank you!
Think I’ll enjoy sitting brushing them! Just hope they look a bit tidier when the trimmed areas grow in! Lol
