Thats great thanks for the tips. Emily's school do have parents going in. I took some old toys in for History class last year! They have a bunny in Emily's school called Domino and the kids love him so I think the school would welcome this kind of thing.

Emily also goes to Rainbows so I'll ask there do they want so help :)

Hi all sorry to have left it so long but It has been a real bad day for me :-\

Well got the pigs and they are all in amazing condition! :) the sheltie boy and the baby male abby are bonded :) so thats two to go

the Texal's coat is not in ringletts and has been brushed, the rex is nice and plump

The trio is a long haired male and one red girl and one heinze 57 girl but both are pregnant approx by one month i would say so i am goingt o keep them antil they have littered as i honestly think another move is not a good idea and then rehome those and the little ones on here,

the little abby sow was on her own and is black and just lovely looking but i am going to keep her, as my husband said i could ;D

so i have 3 single males that need rehoming and two bonded and they are just really lovely pigs the sheltie is just so handsome

and the sows once they have littered and their tots when they come along

when i got there they where housed in one of those metel shed, and it was so warm inside, but the cages where airy and well kept,,, she definantly cared for them
in the mantance respect,

so i will post pics tommorrow ,

Kent girl i can meet you tommorrow night at 8 at the chimmneys pub at notcutts? if you want?

them

Emma

I want to say Thank God for people like you and the others on this forum. I think that was a lovely thing you done and I am sure that all those piggies will have a good home. I was so sad when I first read this..especially because I am in the US and couldn't possibly get any of them. But best wishes to you all for taking in those sweet piggies and I can't wait to see pics.

O0

Oh well done them, I am so pleased you got them. At least they were well kept. Cant wait to see some of them!

This thread makes me feel so happy just seeing the way everyone cares so much and is working together to help them :smitten:

thats fantastic news that they're all ok wish I could take some off u but I live in stoke.

Piggybaker

Well done again for taking on these piggies - if no one locally wants to take the 5 male piggies on and if Pampered Piggies is still willing to take them then I can get them to her tomorrow in Surrey.

I can certainly meet you at 8pm tonight - will pm you this afternoon to see if anyone has offered them a permanent home and take it from there.

You are a star!

I still have room if its neede, but sounds like you probably have more than enough homes sorted :)

I think people need to say definitely :) So yes I'll take boars for a permanent home... for example :)
So, 3 single boars, and one bonded pair... LL is this a permanent home?

As Julie said before we could foster one or two of the single boars for a period of time but I doubt we'd be able to take them permanently as our next piggy will need to be a companion for Oscar, who's currently quarantined for the next three weeks. When we get him a companion it's more than likely going to be a young boar or possibly a neutered sow (if we could find one).

OK, well I can take boars on permanently if needed but sows would have been easier. So what I'm saying is that if you need me then I'll take them but if others would like them then offers those first. Hope that makes sense!

Goodness me, such beautiful piggies! :smitten:

Well done, Piggybaker. O0

It's so nice how everyone who can is willing to pull together to help these lovely animals. I wish I could help (I have space for one pig right this second, 2 if I bought a new cage) but I am too far away.

Aww the rex is gorgeous, they are all lovely and look in nice condition! :)

Awwwwwwwwwwww, look at the piggies.

Any idea how old the rex is?

Ooo the male rex and teddy are gorgeous! I would be very tempted to take them . .

Loopylou - are you going to take those two then, they are gorgeous? If you are will you pm Piggybaker and let her know?

If no one else local to Maidstone wants to permantly home the other 3 boars then I will collect them off Piggbybaker tonight and take them to Pampered Piggies tomorrow?

AWWWW - good one for collecting them - £10 thats amazing ! Poor piggys for having to go through something like this, I'm glad a caring person has got them though :smitten: :smitten: They are truely adorable

so i have got five males going out tonight 2 which are bonded,

the females will be availble after they have littered so if anyone would like to come forward for themwill do close ups of them later and post, really don't want to stress them at the mo ,

them

ps Kent girl have you got any boxes, i used pet crates when i picked them up, i only have one box :D sorry

They do all look healthy and gorgeous :smitten: :smitten:
You are an absolute star :D

The texel and rex have been rehomed, by someone on here so that is 2 less to worry about so only three going out tommorrow,

They are all beautiful piggies :smitten: Glad they are getting forever homes. :smitten:
