Okay.
So a friend of mine had an accidental litter a while ago, and she rehomed most of them because she didn't have the space. She is now looking to rehome one of the boys, and has asked me if I'd like him.

Now, Damon is alone and is 9 months old. This piggy is apparently 3 months, and I do want him. I'm just terrified that I'll have loads of trouble again with fighting etc.

Do you think this is a silly idea for me to adopt him?

Boar dating is very difficult the boy will be nearing his hormones and your boy is still in them. It really depends on the pigs, and they should not be introduced until the new pig has been quarantined for 2 weeks. If it doesn't work will she take him back?

I think your older pig may see him as a threat as he's 12 weeks, I introduced a 10 week old baby pig, to my 18 month boar and they fell out when the baby got to 16 weeks. The baby attacked him. :x.

I'm no expert but heres my story so far. I now have two males one is 5 months and the other is 6-7 weeks. All is going great and the rumbling is getting less and less but Fez I am just waiting for all hell to break lose when Fez's hormones kick in. But my older male is very easy going too. I'm hoping for the best.

Yeah I am going down to see him today, make sure he is def a boy etc. But I am going to ask if it doesn't work out, will she have him back.
I don't want to distress either of the two, but I'm thinking I'll never know unless I try?
I'd probably introduce them over the course of a month or so, have their cages next to each other and put them together a little at a time?
Do you think that would work?

They will be in a 2 tier indoor cage (I kept 4 in at one point) x

The pig I have at the mo Damon he's so shy and timid, I'm just hoping that this new boy isn't going to stress him out if I do decide to get him.
I'm glad all is well with you atm x
