A bit of blood in my piggie's nostril?

There's a little bit of blood in my guinea pig's left nostril. Should I be concerned?
 
I wouldnt worry its probably an injury. keep an eye on it to see if it heals but if your at all worried take it to the vet.
 
It can be from a tiny cut or hay poke. I would just keep it under observation.

I agree it's likely to be a small scratch/hay poke, I've had this a couple of times in my own pigs. As long as it's not running with blood (very rare), it should heal up just fine.
