a bit sensitive ?

hi ,one of my boys seems to be a bit sensitive down his sides,you know when you scratch a dog and his head starts going like he wants to get to it but cant ? and sometimes when i hold or stroke him he seems not to like it,i have looked and could see no lice,a tiny bit of dry skin but nothing that looked bad.
they were both treated for suspected mites a couple of months ago with xeno 50 mini,he is fine apart from that,eating and running etc etc
should i just treat with the xeno again ?
