As so many of us have lost beloved piggies recently I thought I would light a candle for us all this afternoon.
I’m going to a memorial service later and will be thinking of all the piggies we have lost this year and the holes we still have in our hearts for them.

I hope no—one finds this uncomfortable or offensive

That's a lovely thing to do. I'm not religious and yet at times when I have been at a very low ebb for one reason or another I have gone into the main church in town and lit a candle. I hope you are continuing to bear up after your loss.

Thank you - I’m fine but still feel the hole that Merab left. It takes time

That is such a lovely gesture. I'm not religious either but there is always space in our minds and hearts for a few moments of quiet reflection

That’s a lovely idea and will bring comfort for lots of bereaved piggie slaves x

What a lovely thing to do, in memory of beautiful Merab and all the other poor piggies forum members have lost. I still remember losing my first piggy Boris over 30 years ago... and poor Pandora's 3 stillborn babies and her little floof baby Harlequin who only lived for 72 hours back in 1987... its good to remember and reflect sometimes!

Not atall. Hold sky and pip in your thoughts. Sky i lost in june, pip about 2 years ago. Thankyou

Please hold poor Smudge in your thoughts as well, I'd be so grateful
