Patch & Pi
Junior Guinea Pig
I thought I would share some pics of Patch before we lost her (16/8/14) and Pi today. they are meant has a happy tribute to my girls, they in my eyes happy lil souls the pair of them. Pi is a quite piggy, who needs time to settle but when she knows you, will let you know she is boss. Normally by sitting on your head!
Patch was a flirty lil piggy. She loved (human) male company and would chat to everyone 2 legged or more.
Patch the week she came home such a tiny baby, but already food mad. When she came home she had a Earpiercing where she had stolen food off her litter mate and been told off.
PI sat on patches head this was a normal daily occurrence, Patch would bury her head under Pi, so it was a mutual thing.
Patch never did get the hang of hidey holes, we have had to buy several over the last 3 years as she would jump off them repetitively until they broke. we had so many different kinds!
Patches selfie, this was the start of her illness although at the time we and the vet thought it was a hay allergy
Patch 2 days before she went to sleep. She was almost as small as when she came home at this point after loosing 600G in a week, but she was still a happy little soul and would come out to say hi every morning. Rain or shine.
Pi having cuddles today, she is still a little bit swollen after reacting to a bad batch of food, but sliming down a bit.
stretched out and showing who is boss in our house.
