a little advice i posted earlier in the year

i rehomed fudge and bourbon earlier in the year and we were then blessed by a baby bounty whilst on holiday from fudge she is now 3 months old and on thursday she was diagnosed with an abcess on her mouth today she has had an op and has 2 lots of anti bs the amount of baytril is 0.15 which is the same as thursday vet recommended but there is a huge difference in the metacam from 1 drop from thurs vet to 0.3 from todays vet different surgery so I'm not sure how much to give also i have seperated her from mum and bourbon she squealed so i put mum in but she was then mithering the wound so i sepersated them again i have seen her wee and she has pooed as well and eaten not seen her drink yet any advice especially on how to tend wound would be great ive been advised to clean with boiled salt water and manipulate the wound as i say any advice greatly recieved the cages are next to each other so they can smell and see each other
