Nah, he makes noise when he breaths pretty much all the time (altho he isn't right now just to prove me wrong... he's just trying to eat my laptop) x

If he's still with us Saturday I'll see what Sarah thinks.

My concern is that 'mass' on the x ray is indeed a tumor and it's growing, which is why his breathing isn't getting much better.

I've just dragged a blanket off him, and a tassel out of his mouth!

I'm not sure if the heart meds are meant to make all the breathing issues go away... I'll ask the vet. Or if there would always be an element of probs/noises in that regard. @helen105281

His breathing noise gets very fluid-y about an hour after the diuretics.

Ahhhhh what a sweeeeet video

A little trick I used at time with Velvet was to give her steam to help with breathing. Boil water put into mug (about 2/3rds) let cool down a bit.
Put hand over it to check it's not too hot so won't scald. Then hold Casran over the mug or have him on knee and hold mug beneath his nose/chin. Not too much tho so he doesn't over inhale. I found this helped a little.
