A lot of biting

Hi!
Recently, my piggy Dumbly has been biting almost every part of the cage! The wires, the wooden hidey, the hay basket. I first thought it was because of less hard hay. But it wasn't! He has been biting a lot. Is there a problem he is facing that I don't know of?
Dumbly is 5 months, a very naughty and active piggy.
I got my first guinea pig 2 months ago and I have so many questions! Look forward to getting answers!

What size is their cage?
how much enrichment do they have?
do they get time out of the cage for playing?

Sometimes they chew to get attention And ignoring it is the best method To get them to stop
