Hi all,

Anyone who's been around to see me whinge and whine about my little girl for the last 3 months will be happy to hear that today she has done a complete 180 in her personality and blew me away with her positivity.

Her feet are looking amazing, she ran for the first time 3 days ago, and today she leapt 10 inches into a plant pot full of basil! I didn't care that she caused an armaggedon on the stems, I was extatic that she is rebuilding her muscle tone.

And today, I brought her up to my bed in her hay filled carry case (minus lid and door so she can look around and explore the bed as she pleases). Normally she will spend the entire 1-3 hours she is up eating, hiding, snoozing and complaining. But today she THREW her teddy out of the case (over the bed and on the floor) and he weighs half as much as she does.. Then she tottered out, did 2 or 3 circuits around the case, explored the bed, nuzzled through my parcels from amazon and the lincolnshire tea company, groomed, chattered, wheeked and then sprung over the side (and not through the open doorway) of the case and went for a snooze.. and this is her first day off painkillers for nearly 2 months.

I was gobsmacked.

her weight has gone upto 900, the first time in a month and although her poops are combination firm / soft, they arent small or rare!

I'm so proud of her and so glad for all the heartache, crippling vets fees and lack of sleep we've been through to get her better. Hooray!
