A mind boggling (and quite funny) picture with a warning...

About loo rolls...

I came down to give Oliver his veggies yesterday morning, all was fine, he was wolfing them down and happy. I went up and gave the girls theirs and then came back down.
I heard some scuffling and a little sigh come from olivers enclosure and this is what i found...

yep thats right, he got himself stuck in the loo roll rolleyes

He was absolutely fine and had only been there a matter of minutes, so i managed to get some quick pictures to show you all, after all he did look ridiculous! :))

But in all seriousness, it scared me, if I hadn't been there he could have been stuck for ages, he was in a 'breach' position with his front legs pointing backward so he wouldn't have been able to free himself. you can see, in the first picture, he has gone so far you can see his little white nose at the other end!

So just a little warning to all of you with young pigs with loo rolls, slice down the centre before putting them in, they're all good fun until you get stuck like little Oliver rolleyes

Hahahaha, sorry I shouldn't laugh but he looks so funny! Bless him. Glad you found him quick though.
 
Oh my, this should'nt but it did make me laugh my socks off :(|):(|)

mine once did this so i now snip down one side with scissors just incase it happens again :)):))
 
Oh my! How scary. That would have frightened me so much. If you were out for the day he could have paniced. Thank goodness you were there.
 
Aha, this is why i always split my rolls, my piggies don't have the brains to know that holes are too small for them,
All though it's such a shame he's stuck, it's so funny ! :P
 
oh did look funny lol, geld hes ok tho

i have about 6 of them woodon houses my holly who had a big head got her head stock in the window, we get her head ok, we didnt put that house in her run ago tho
 
I would have never thought that piggies would do this!
He did look really funny though, even though its a harsh message though.

I just YouTubeing random guinea pig videos. And watched one saying 'careful you're maybe pigs don't get stuck in a toilet roll'
Then I click on your thread, and bam! One little stuck pig!
I have to be honest. I've just spent a good 2 mins chuckling at these photos!
Glad he's ok and you were there to rescue him
 
LOL oh dear. Poor little boy though I did laugh quite a lot. He looks so innocent sitting there. 'hey mummy. ^_^ Yeah... I'm stuck'

Poor little guy x) That would have scared me to death... Thank goodness you were there to get him free, how on earth did he get in there!
 
oh my, i do wonder sometime how the little fella's get themselves into place, it just looks like he has a very very long neck, glad you saved him from his trauma...it was funny to see though
 
The pictures are amazing, he managed to get himself so far down that loo roll. It really does make a very good warning, thank you.
 
I'm sorry but it's still funny going back to it to show my son of poor Oliver's predicament :))

But seriously it's beyond belief how he managed to wedge himself in there bless him. I've had babies who can manage the tube but they get to know their limits as they grow :))

I am glad he was unplugged quick enough before he caused himself any damage.
 
Poor Oliver! :)) :)) I love the way that his slave stopped to take photos before freeing him! :)) :))
