Just been to P@H for timothy hay. I don't like shopping there but it's the only place we've got. I don't want to do a big online order while we are having noisy building work done as the boys are going into the shed during the day and their pens are taking up all the room. I thought I would mix some P@H timothy hay with our normal meadow hay, they are not so keen on the meadow.
As I walked past the rehoming section there was a young piggy all by itself, my heart melted. My brain went into overdrive, Red and Brillo are both on their own maybe he would bond with one of them. Red's cage is big enough to divide if they wouldn't bond he could go side by side. That would be better than being alone. Went up to the pen and the notice said female. Poor piggy, I hope she goes to a lovely home that knows about piggies and doesn't end up in a tiny cage alone.

It's how I ended up with 6. I do avoid it normally. I've not seen any piggies there since the lockdowns so I thought I was safe! I'm down to 4 now and promised myself not to have anymore while Red and Brillo are still with us and on daily meds for life. The vet bills have got so expensive. I've been raiding the new roof fund for years to pay the vets , now we are having the new roof and windows there will be no fund to rob from!

So did I, autocorrect is a nightmare and my proofreading is rubbish too. I’m sure my iPad changes everything as soon as I post a reply 😆
Yes, I try to avoid P&H adoption “tank” at all costs. I find it most upsetting at the best of times. Unfortunately it is right next to pellets hay and all things piggie
