This handsome boy is Otto who has recently joined us from The Potteries Rescue as a new friend for Esme. It was a very calm bonding, with both piggies relaxing in each others company within minutes. It helps that Otto is easily distracted by any sort of food, Esme soon realised that if he is following her around she only has to walk through the hay pile and he stops for a snack. He seems smitten with Esme and they are always close together in the cage.
Otto is big chunky boy at 1.4kg but he really is a gentle giant and loves a cuddle. He has recently worked out how to remove the ramp from their wooden hidey and is quiet proud of himself. So far he hasn't done this while Esme has been asleep on the top of the house but i'm sure he will. He has a very impressive rumble and the neighbouring boys really can't compete. He loves to try and impress the girls in the other runs during floor time but generally just gets ignored.
