A new breed of 'super' pigs available for adoption

This new breed of pig has very little up keep cost, doesn't need feeding, bathing, doesn't leave a trail of poos or get poorly but they do need a good home where they will get lots of cuddles!

Currently looking for homes are these two beauties.

I am fostering them for Anna at Wheek and Squeak. The adoption fee is £10 which includes their travel costs with the Royal Mail.

All money will go to the Wheek and Squeak guinea pig rescue. http://wheekandsqueak.webs.com/


They vary on size depending on how old they are and have all been hand nurtured from a tiny thread to a fully grown piggy by Anna herself.

If you would like to adopt one please let me know. I shall be sorry to part with them, they have been very good house guests!

I would love to adopt the first one please - I don't think I'd be very good looking after a long haired piggy.

Would you accept a cheque please, and if so could you pm me with details as to who it should be payable to, and where to send it. (I guarantee my cheques are "safe" )

Sue I would be delighted if you would adopt piggy number 1! I'm just checking with Anna who the cheque needs to be paid to so will PM you when I hear back.

Anna who runs Wheek and Squeak makes them, she's got some helpers learning as well. I thought I'd probably be better at selling them than making them. :(|)
I've asked her if she can make designer babies :)) Will let you know. What (or who) would you like yours to look like?

If you would like a woolly pig that looks like yours please send me a good quality photo of the pig from the front and both sides. It will depend on the type of wool she can get on how good a match it will be. Sadly she can only do short hair or long hair, no abbys, wool just won't do rosettes! Once finished Anna will send a photo, if you're happy it's yours, don't worry if you don't think it's a good likeness she is happy to keep it, it can come back in to rescue to sell in her little shop.

I think I'd need one of each of my guys (and Boxy RIP), otherwise they may get jealous :))
 
Oh my drool

i'd really like 4 (Duke and Sully RIP) and the girls but just can't at the moment, i do hope this will be able for months to come ?

That's lovely Glynis, of course, Anna will still be making them, everyone seems to love them. I offered to help her sell some before Christmas and everytime she's made one she's sold it to someone coming to the rescue!

Oh my! This is exciting! I'd definitely be up for getting my guys made but will have to hold off until I have a few more pennies for the minute!
 
Piggy 1 has been posted to Sue today. Postage was £3 (£2.70 plus 30p for a jiffy bag) so for anyone wanting more than one piggy they will be £7 each and the postage cost will be combined so you pay what it costs. I can't imagine it increasing by much as they are light.
Piggy 2 still needs a home. Anyone fallen in love yet?

Aw thanks Vicky. It will take Anna a little while to make more as she doesn't have a lot of spare time with over 100 guinea pigs to look after so they will keep gradually coming.
I know there's another 6 babies due soon! :(|)
 
My piggie arrived this morning, thank you SO much. He's even more adorable "in the flesh" .... I'd planned on giving him as a gift, but I'm afraid he'll be staying here with me. He's so soft and realistic - a real credit to his maker.
